GUYS I think I lost my chest strap for my polar heart rate monitor ;(  luckily, I have a better and more realistic sense of the number of calories I burn during different workouts, so the estimates shouldn’t be too off (p.s. mfp and all those online calorie counters are wildly inaccurate) … but sigh. not to mention waste of money to purchase a new one.. :(

It’s tragic that if I eat a small snack, it makes me even more hungry.. since I’m staying up tonight, I allowed myself to eat some frozen berries since I felt hungry.. but now, 10 minutes later, I’m hungry again.
